Laws on infringement are strict in United States of America. Couple of years ago Microsoft has started his legalised combat against Motorolla. Microsoft was professing that Motorola has infringed some of the parts of their software applications like handling device memory, dealing with calendars, and sending and receiving email.

Microsoft has won some of its challenges. International Trade Commission (ITC) has summoned and order to President Obama for suspending the import in United States of all those Android base Motorola devices those intrudes Microsoft patents. Which has this functionality in it like “creating meeting requests and team scheduling from a mobile unit”.

ITC did not explained in its summon that which android mobile devices from Motorola will face suspension in the import. Microsoft has proposed Atrix, Backflip, Bravo, Charm, Cliq, Cliq 2, Cliq XT, Defy, Devour, Droid 2, Droid 2 Global, Droid Pro, Droid X, Droid X2, Flipout, Flipside, Spice and the Xoom tablet to be ceased.

Microsoft will be willing in a sense that Motorola should take Microsoft patent license to work in US. The full ruling is under way and Motorola is dissatisfied with the ITC ruling. They will consider all options to fight back.
